By accessing Melomatch, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Melomatch is a free online multiplayer audio quiz application. Users can create quizzes generated by artificial intelligence or manually, and play them in real time with other players.

Registration is done exclusively via Google or Discord (SSO). No passwords are stored by Melomatch. Guest players can participate in games, and open them from the existing playlists, without creating an account by choosing a nickname.

To use AI generation, users provide their own API keys (Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini). These keys are encrypted (AES-256) before storage and are never exposed to third parties. Each user is responsible for the usage and costs associated with their own API keys.

Users agree not to use Melomatch for illegal purposes, not to disrupt the operation of the service, and to choose respectful nicknames. Any inappropriate content may result in the deletion of the account.

Melomatch uses 30-second excerpts provided by the public APIs of Apple Music and Deezer. These excerpts are streamed and are not downloaded, stored, or redistributed. Rights to musical works belong to their respective rights holders.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion permanently erases your personal data (name, email, avatar, API keys). Quizzes you created are kept anonymously on the platform and remain accessible to other users. By creating content on Melomatch, you agree that it may be maintained after your account deletion, with no link to your identity.

Melomatch is provided "as is", without warranty. Gradigang Solutions shall not be held liable for service interruptions, data loss, or costs related to the use of API keys provided by users.

These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
